Section 39
Power to arrange postal orders
: (1) The Government of Nepal may introduce postal orders in the form it deems appropriate so that the amount specified from time to time can be exchanged by post.
(2) The Government of Nepal may make rules regarding the rate of commission, method to be adopted and other conditions to be followed when sending, selling, canceling or paying the postal orders introduced in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The name of the post office where the postal order will be sold and paid will be designated by the Director General by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette from time to time.
(2) The Government of Nepal may make rules regarding the rate of commission, method to be adopted and other conditions to be followed when sending, selling, canceling or paying the postal orders introduced in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The name of the post office where the postal order will be sold and paid will be designated by the Director General by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette from time to time.
